Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Delays
Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. The Southern Goods is not responsible for delays once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost or Damaged Packages
The Southern Goods is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
